For e-commerce style product photography, our rates start at $125 per product which includes the photographer, photographer assistant, studio rental with professional lighting, accurate colour matching and basic re-touching.
Generally we provide 3x images per product including the front, side and back but if you have products that require specific angles we can capture that as well. Optional add-ons include a colored backdrop, assembly or styling services (for products that can't simply be shot sitting flat), advanced lighting setups (generally required for shooting jewellery or any reflective products) or advanced re-touching - these can be quoted on a case-by-case basis.
* Rates are based on shoots with a minimum of 15 products, and for products that are easily shot sitting on a flat surface. For large bulky items or products that require advanced styling & positioning (hanging, floating, etc) will be quoted on a case by case basis. For shoots with over 40 products, bulk discounts can apply.
An alternative to tradditional product photography, with the backdrop being a beautiful textured beige wall, polished concrete or tile floor and with natural sunlight & shadows which tends to be much more aesthetic and inviting for social media and digital ads.
You can choose to shoot only with natural light, for a flat rate of $125 per image, or to shoot both natural light and classic e-commerce style for $185 per product. Generally we provide 3x images per product including the front, side and back but if you have products that require specific angles we can capture that as well. Add-ons include unique shadows (like dried flowers), backdrops (like a marble benchtop), or a hand-model.

For creative shoots, our rates are based on the allocated time for styling & the shoot itself with more complex scenes requiring more time. We have a mini-shoot (up to 2 hours & 10 images) for $1450 which can be added to an e-commerce shoot (not available as a standalone), our standard creative product shoot (up to 4 hours & 15 images) for $2250 and an extended creative shoot (up to 8 hours & 30 images) for $3250. All packages include the photographer, one photography assistants, shoot planning & content strategy, and studio rental at Kelapa Creative Studio (indoor or outdoor). For creative campaigns, we always recommend a consultation call to discuss your vision for the shoot, your brand and target customers and from that we'll help you plan the photoshoot that achieves all of your goals.
Pricing for creative campaigns is split between a base shoot fee that covers the shoot prep & team on the shoot day, and then a per image fee ($15 - $25 per image depending on volume of images) that includes both image licensing & professional editing.
Our base fee for a creative or editorial shoot is $2850 with up to 4 hours of shoot time, or $3850 with up to 8 hours of shoot time, which includes our senior photographer, producer, two photography assistants, full-service shoot planning, content strategy & creative direction, coordination of any models and and either studio rental at Kelapa Creative Studio (indoor or outdoor) or location scouting.
Optional add-ons and addiitonal costs include props or other styling pieces, model fees, hair and makeup artist, and any relevant travel or location fees (to shoot at stunning beaches, landscapes or luxury villas).
